Due to each items being made to order, allow up to 3-5 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information on pre-orders, customs, and archived items.
When your item is shipped out, you will recieve email confirmation with USPS tracking. When you have received your tracking info, that means that your item is packaged and ready to ship out, but please allow some time for your tracking to update.
We do offer international/worldwide shipping. Pricing varies so you can get an estimate of shipping costs at the checkout page once you enter your address.
If you need to change the address of your order, please provide me with your order number, and the email or name that the item was placed under along with the new address. Address changes can be requested anytime as long as your order has not been shipped out.
Vintage one of one items may NOT be cancelled under any circumstances.
If you want to cancel a custom order, you must contact me in under 12 hours after placing the order.
If you want to cancel a Pre-Ordered item, you must contact me in under 2 weeks after placing the order.
Customer support requests are only tended to on weekdays (Monday-Friday) with the exception of drop days. If you need a reply sooner, please include “URGENT” in your Subject.
Due to us being a smaller business, please be patient with the time it takes to receive a response, we try out best to get your emails as quickly as possible.
