Due to each item being made to order, allow around 3-5 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information on pre-orders, customs, and archived patch items and around 4-5 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information on pre-orders, customs, and archived sleeve items. Pre-orders on work jackets take 4-6 weeks to ship out. Pre-ordered embroidered items take 5-7 weeks to ship out. Pre-ordered Archived Body Rework Items, orders may take up to 5-7 weeks to ship out. Pre-ordered North Face items take 5-8 weeks to ship out.

**When your item is ready to be shipped out, you will receive email confirmation with USPS/UPS tracking. When you have received your tracking info, that means that your item is packaged and ready to ship out, but please allow some time for your tracking to update.**

We do offer international/worldwide shipping. Pricing varies so you can get an estimate of shipping costs at the checkout page once you enter your address. Customs and duties fees are your responsibility, if applicable. Refused packages are uneligible for a refund.

If your package is lost en route, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Note: If your package was marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please allow 1 business day to ensure delivery as the delivery person may have marked it delivered on accident.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered and are verified to be delivered to the correct address by the carrier (USPS/UPS). The buyer assumes all responsibility for the package once it has been declared delivered. If you can verify that your package was delivered to the incorrect address by the carrier, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If you need to change the address of your order, please provide me with your order number, and the email or name that the item was placed under along with the new address. Address changes can be requested anytime as long as your order has not been shipped out.

Vintage one of one items may NOT be cancelled under any circumstances.

If you want to cancel a custom order, you must contact me in under 12 hours after placing the order.

If you want to cancel a Pre-Ordered item, you must contact me in under 2 weeks after placing the order. Requests to cancel after 14 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
