Due to each item being made to order, here is a breakdown in time which you will receive tracking information for your order:

Pre-ordered and custom PATCH items: 3-5 weeks  

Pre-ordered and custom SLEEVE items: 4-5 weeks 

Pre-ordered WORK JACKETS: 4-8 weeks (read the description of your jacket for accurate shipping time)

Pre-ordered EMBROIDERED items: 5-7 weeks

Pre-ordered BODY REWORK Items: up to 5-7 weeks 

Pre-ordered NORTH FACE items: 5-8 weeks

**When your item is ready to be shipped out within the following time frames, you will receive email confirmation with UPS/USPS tracking. When you have received your tracking info, that means that your item is packaged and ready to ship out, but please allow some time for your tracking to update.**

We do offer international/worldwide shipping. Pricing varies so you can get an estimate of shipping costs at the checkout page once you enter your address. Customs and duties fees are your responsibility, if applicable. Refused packages are ineligible for a full refund.

If your package is lost enroute:

For UPS: File a lost package claim online or via phone call with UPS customer service. Or you can contact us to do so.

For USPS: Please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

For United States residents with USPS shipments: if your package says delivered but you did not receive it, it is best to verify delivery with USPS by contacting your local post office - not the automated phone number. Your local post office's number can be found in this post office database: https://postofficeshours.com/.

If you need to change the address of your order, please provide me with your order number and/or the email and name that the item was placed under along with the new address. Address changes can be requested anytime as long as your order has not been shipped out.

Vintage one of one items may NOT be cancelled under any circumstances.

If you want to cancel a custom order, you must contact me in under 12 hours after placing the order.

If you want to cancel a pre-ordered item, you must contact me in under 2 weeks after placing the order. Requests to cancel after 14 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

These are the best way to wash your items.

  • Turn item inside out.
  • Wash on gentle/delicate cycle in cold water.
  • Tumble dry on low setting.
  • If ironing a patch hoodie, turn the item inside out. Do not iron directly onto the patch.
